Everything You Need to Know About Arthritis

Symptoms

The most common arthritis symptoms include pain, swelling, decreased mobility, and stiffness. These symptoms can be severe, moderate or mild, depending on your condition. P Don’t take these symptoms lightly. You should see your physician immediately if you feel any of the above-mentioned symptoms.

Causes

The reduction in the amount of cartilage, a firm connective tissue that keeps joints in form, results in arthritis. This reduction can happen due to a number of reasons such as poor eating habits and limited physical activities.

Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis are one of the main forms of arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis occurs when the immune system attacks body’s tissues. These attacks weaken synovium, a soft tissue usually present in joints that lubricates and nourishes the cartilage.
