Do you brush properly?

Most of the people don’t even know how to brush properly and use strong hands while brushing. You need to keep the bristles at an angle of 45 close to the gum line. You can use both up-and-down and back-and-forth motion to clean your teeth. Use light hands instead of applying heavy force. Lastly, don’t forget to brush your tongue and palate (the roof of your mouth) to remove bacteria and other food particles.

Having trouble finding the right dentist in your area? You may browse with following search queries to get to the right, professional dentist – Implant dentistry, sedation dentistry or cosmetic dentistry. You may also add your local area to get specific results.

Avoid sticky foods

There’re a list of foods that do more harms to your teeth. You need to avoid them as much as possible to maintain a great oral health. Candies, snacks and many dried foods stay longer in your mouth. You should come up with a diet plan in order to say healthy and fit.

Consume more calcium

You need to sort out all those foods that are high in calcium. Your teeth need more calcium and it’s essential for bones as well. Try to incorporate calcium-rich foods into your diet. You can consume yogurt, milk, cheese, broccoli and other dairy products to gain a sufficient amount of calcium required to keep your body working.
